Empress Place West and Seven Stars
In summer 2021 we refurbished and brought homes on Empress Place and Seven Stars, North End Road back into use at discounted rents for key workers and people on low incomes. We are working in partnership with LOWE Guardians the property management company to fill these assets with local tenants which are currently at full occupation.
