Following the updated masterplan which we shared in November 2023, we are ready to show our detailed plans for the first phase of development, which we aim to begin building in 2026.

The views and feedback from the community have been central to how our plans have and will continue to develop, as we prepare the planning application for submission in June of this year.

Phase One of the redevelopment of Earls Court includes a significant proportion of green, open space along with 1,000 homes, our first office building and cultural venue. These first designs underpin the masterplan pillars of an inclusive neighbourhood, innovation, culture and nature, as well as our commitment to net zero.

Exhibition materials have been on show at Conversation Corner, Lillie Road.

We hosted a public webinar on Wednesday 6 December where Rebekah Paczek, Director of Public Affairs, Social Impact and Community Relations, and Laurence Neal, Design Manager, presented our updated masterplan proposals. If you missed this, you can watch the recording here.
