Ben Giddens appointed as Director of Development and Masterplanning

The Earls Court Development Company is delighted to announce that Ben Giddens is to join the team as Director of Development and Masterplanning. Currently Development Director at Argent Related taking an overarching role in the 180-acre Brent Cross Town regeneration site, Ben brings significant large scale urban transformation experience.

Prior to this Ben spent a decade at Quintain, as Executive Director for Development, where he was responsible for the development progression of Wembley Park, the largest Build to Rent scheme in the UK. During this period Ben formulated and executed the outline design and planning strategy for over 6,000 homes, oversaw the detailed design of 2,500 homes, negotiated multiple innovative S106 agreements and gained excellent development experience across all mixed-use asset classes.

Ben joins a growing team at Earls Court where the focus is on a fresh and collaborative approach to development. Ben will form part of the Senior Leadership Team alongside Rob Heasman as CEO, Sarah Gaventa as Creative Director, Andy Chorley as Operations Director, Georgina Scott as Finance & Commercial Director and Rebekah Paczek as Director of Public Affairs and Community Relations.
