SIGN UPThe Art of Change, Warwick Road Apron
This June as part of Kensington + Chelsea Festival, West London mural artist and winner of the 2020 Chelsea Arts Club Trustee Award, Lucy Oates along with the local community painted a large multi-coloured floor mural on Warwick Road Apron. Lucy’s artwork was been inspired by a wish to transform ordinary spaces into a bright, playful area for people to spend time at and enjoy.

Stars of Earl's Court, Warwick Road Apron
In July 2022 ECDC opened up part of the site on Warwick Road, where the former entrance to the Exhibition Centre used to be. The space hosted the art installation ‘Stars of Earl's Court’, created in partnership with the Kensington + Chelsea Festival. Stars of Earl’s Court’ by Azarra Amoy comprises a huge 39-metre mural celebrating artists, past and present, who lived and worked in the area.

The Pleasure Garden, Warwick Road Apron
In 2021 ECDC opened up part of the site on Warwick Road, where the former entrance to the Exhibition Centre used to be. This temporary space played host to an art installation ‘The Pleasure Garden’, created in partnership with the Kensington + Chelsea Festival, and Underbelly.
We are now starting to explore ideas on how this space can best be used next. We want the future of this space, which we call ‘Warwick Road Apron’ to be shaped by the local community and so we are asking for your ideas and suggestions – get in touch if you have a great idea!
